[ODE] Text on graphic screen

The DrawStuff library is really only intended as a very simple way of 
displaying graphics for the ODE samples, it's certainly not supposed to 
be a proper graphics engine.

If you're actually using ODE in practice (i.e. you're not just looking 
at the included samples) then you'll need a more fully featured graphics 
solution.

I would suggest Ogre, but DevMaster has a whole list of alternatives;
