[ODE] Joint AMotor problems?

Hi, All:

Is there any ODE version in which dJointGetAMotorAngleRate is implemented? If not, is there anybody planning to implement it?

Also after I set body positions and quaternions, the JointAMotorAngle doesn't seem to be updated accordingly. Any idea how to fix it?
