[ODE] latest CVS download from UNSTABLE wont compile

bah.

well now im not sure what was going on, but now it's compiling just
fine where it wouldnt yesterday. had to add the files from the contrib
folder (dCylinder.h and dCylinder.cpp) to the project to get the error
to go away, and add #include "dCylinder.h" to the file that gave the
error, but then when i removed them and that line again it still
worked fine o_O

whatever. thanks for the help though. whoever does the CVS may want to
update the config-single-trimesh-dcylinder2.h to get the define in
there
