[ODE] latest CVS download from UNSTABLE wont compile

no it doesn't. that just simply gives me " Cannot open include file:
'collision.h': No such file or directory"
there's also already a #include <ode/collision.h> in that file.

I'm building for win32, with Code::Blocks and the VC++ 2003 compiler.
the stable branch compiles fine, I just cant get the latest download
from the UNSTABLE branch to compile.
