[ODE] ODE shared library and DLL now get installed on $(prefix)/lib instead of $(prefix)/bin

Found a simple work around for the issue so I fixed it, next time you
run make install make sure you dont have
a bin/libode.so or bin/libode.dll file on your system from a previous
install.
