[ODE] Timestep and Force Relationship

It's been pointed out that I'm on crack.
What I meant was: delta-v == force * time / mass -- this ought to
explain why time step size alters the behavior of a single-timestep
impulse. (That, and perhaps the influence of static friction)
"work" is the product of force and displacement.
