[ODE] simple avatar demo

hello! I am looking for a demo (similar to cardemo)
but applied to simple avatar movement (you know, basic
movement with something like a sphere but without
rolling). I have checked the mailing list, but I found
the comments a bit confussed. thanks in advance!
