[ODE] Hi.. and some problems with subscribing to the mailing list

Well its working now so its no bother really, just wanted to mention that  
if you dont fill in your name or password for subscribing (both fields  
tagged as optional on the page) then you go to the page informing you of  
your application successfully progressing, but you never recieve any email  
and so never end up joining.. only today did i apply and fill it all in  
and was rewarded with a prompt reply and allowed onto the list within  
minutes..

Just in case the admin's were interested really..
