[ODE] Making it build again

It may have been me. Although I verified that ODE compiled on Windows
and Linux before I checked it, I on;y tested with dReal == double.  
I'll recheck with dReal==float and make any necessary fixes.

The problems you list are minor; is there anything which actually
doesn't compile?  Or are you just being bothered by warnings?
