[ODE] carworld source updated

A few members of the list asked me for the updated source for 
the new carworld demo, which features both a wheeled car, and 
a fixed+rays tank, and cheap explosions, using ODE. I put a raw 
source dump up:

I *think* it is in a building state. But maybe it isn't.

Note that it now requires a GLSL capable graphics card to run, 
for no other reason than I use this source for arbitrary 
research ;-)
