Both it is, unless there's a good argument against that it which so far
there isn't.

ChangeLog:

 - the shape and type attributes of geom and joint respectively are now
an element rather than an attribute (reverting back to how it was in
1.03.)
 - Added support for degrees and radians
 - Kept XML trimesh support the way it was due the discussion which
found XML to be more favourable (if you dispute this then there is still
time...) but added extra "e" attribute to the vertex
 - A bit of cleaning up
 - copyright statement added back in, this time with a license
compatible to ODE itself.  This is necessary as in many countries such
as mine, copyright is something you have by default (thus the need for a
clear BSD/MIT like license if you want to give your work away).

I would like to have version 1 finished by the end of the month at the
latest.  Hopefully this version has dealt with all the recent comments
(if it has not - please repost).
