[ODE] ODE CVS

Just a quick note to say that I'm snowed-under so haven't
been following the mailing list very closely, though I hope
to catch up somewhat in a few weeks.  I'm aware that there
are things that need committing to CVS (like the trimesh-trimesh
collider), these unfortunately will have to wait a while
longer unless one of the (several :)) other people with CVS access
are willing and able to start testing and merging in patches.
