[ODE] Re: Translating a mass does not produce desired results

ODE's current general requirement that the centre of mass is
the same as the body's origin is inconvenient but not critical.
It can be worked around at the application level by shifting
the geoms (and initial body position) appropriately to realign
the real centre of mass to (0,0,0) when the initial mass set-up
is done
