[ODE] ODE 0.5 linker error with Borland CB 6

[Linker Error] Unresolved external '_dInfinityValue' referenced from
C:\ODE\ODE-0.5\ODE\SRC\JOINT.OBJ

Does anyone know how to get around it, have I forgot an obj-file? The
configurator does not work as I can't use the makefiles. Any hints for a
quick fix? Seems like dInfinityValue is defined in config.h, but where
is the data for it stored to be linked?
