[ODE] ODE with trimesh compiling problem

Hi all,

I've tried to compile ode-0.039 with trimesh. I've compiled OPCODE without 
any problems, but if i try to compile than ode I've got the following 
error:

ode/src/collision_trimesh_ray.cpp: In function `int dCollideRTL(dxGeom*,
    dxGeom*, int, dContactGeom*, int)':
ode/src/collision_trimesh_ray.cpp:76: error: non-lvalue in unary `&'
make: *** [ode/src/collision_trimesh_ray.o] Fehler 1

What did I wrong?
I'm using ode under linux (suse 9.0) and gcc version 3.3
