[ODE] TriMesh TC

A TriMesh's temporal coherence is now disabled by default for boxes
and spheres (see a discussion several weeks ago about why).
You may enable TC explicitly using dGeomTriMeshEnableTC() if
desired.  Users shouldn't notice any change in behaviour.
