sorry one correction ( on depth computationsthe lib http://www.cs.unc.edu/~geom/SWIFT++/  which actually currently generates
contacts, not depths )
on depths it is only noted as future feature
http://www.cs.unc.edu/~geom/SWIFT++/future.shtml

but having contacts  for depths computations some more could  be considered
