[ODE] dWorldStepFast1

[Samuel Girardin]

Sorry for this post  !   0.039 release works well with the dWorldStepFast.
I was just compiling ode with the msvc6 stuff in the contrib folder.
I rebuild ode with the original 'make.exe' stuff, and there is no problem.
