David Walker originally wrote an ODE c# wrapper.
that's rather old, works quite well but have some bugs.
you can find it here http://homepage.ntlworld.com/david.walker530/ode/
successively someone, starting from david walker work, fixed some bugs. you can reach him on axiom forums (www.axiom3d.org), under the nickname theTurbo.
