[ODE] Help using ODE with DirectX

For this kind of problem, a debugger would be really better suited than a
mailing list ;) VS is not the only IDE for windows, there's for example the
freely available  Dev-C++ (http://www.bloodshed.net/dev/devcpp.html) which
integrates gcc and gdb.
