[ODE] Russ' plans for ODE?

I second that. It has been said earlier but i'd like to see a
CCylinder oriented like the cylinder contrib. The capped cylinder
orientation is not very 'standard' imho. Sounds like a minor change to me :)



Btw the last trimesh.def file is missing some functions:
dGeomTriMeshDataSet
dGeomTriMeshDataBuildSimple1
dGeomTriMeshDataBuildDouble1
dGeomTriMeshDataBuildSingle1

So i guess it's missing in the doc too..
