[ODE] Project file munging

I only just remembered about this because I installed one of the new nightly 
builds. But there seems to be a common bug/archive feature, where by the 
VC++ workspace and project files get munged, i.e. its the CR & LF vs. CRLF 
thing. I had a hell of a job ages ago trying to figure out why these files wouldn't 
even load into VC, and eventually found out why after looking at them in 
notepad. Obviously it takes a few seconds to fix, but can this be 
fixed/prevented at the ODE end of things, as I'm sure other people must of 
encountered this, and stuck to the makefile for building. Obviously you'd think 
VC would pick up on it and cope, but no...
