[ODE] More frequent file releases

hi all,

many people have wished for more frequent file releases, as the numbered
released on the sourceforge download page are old, and CVS is not
everyone's cup of tea - plus anonymous CVS on sourceforge is not that
stable. so i have created an automatic file release system that
snapshots CVS every morning at 4am. the snapshots are available from the
download page:

	http://opende.sourceforge.net/download.html

the latest documentation is also updated every day at 4am:

	http://opende.sourceforge.net/ode-docs.html
