[ODE] documentation initiative

This is the version that i've been using, i'm not sure how out of date
it is compared to the cvs build, but at least it works for me ;}
Ideally being able to compile the lib/dll myself would be nice, but i
definitely appreciate at least having a semi-current version ;}
