[ODE] saving internal joint state

Just to make it clear...
I was not going for a cheap shot at anyone, I am not
an american nor do I know what nasa does in each of
its gazilion centers, just wanted to make sure no one
is using ODE to simulate something where a human being
(or a billion dollars) will be on the balance.
