[ODE] test_trimesh.cpp and trimesh alternative

Yeah I've noticed that it doesn't work at all in double precision. Which
basically means I can't use trimesh in my app, because it has to be in
double precision (requirement 1. on the requirements list).

Has anybody had any luck combining ODE with FreeSolid ?
Would that be a good alternative ? This way the developers of FreeSolid
can concentrate on collision detection and the developers of ODE can
concentrate on the dynamics.
