[ODE] Coilliding Boxes with Trimesh

Has anyone else encountered problems colliding boxes with trimeshes. The 
boxes go straight through my terrain mesh. Spheres work correctly - so 
there is some sanity in my system ;-)

I'm using 0.039 with OPCODE enabled which I believe provides a 
box/trimesh collider. (I'm also doing it from Java but that's another 
story.)
