[ODE] Rolling edge collisions when the normals between the trimeshtriangles are equal

I've observed exactly the same a while ago - we called it "fear the
wireframe" problem :)

I fought it with lots of tuning of CFM/ERP and contacts' SoftCFM/SoftERP.
Plus, a bunch of hacks involving checking triangle/contact normals, etc.
