[ODE] ODE Editor

Hi,

I've been working on an 'ODE Editor' to simplify building complex
physic objects with meshes, bodies, geoms and joints.
This was done for a commercial project but the editor is free to use
for anyone. So i though it was time to release it and hopefully gets
some feedback from u to improve it. :)

I didnt want to build an universal file format so the editor use a
plugin system to import/export to your own format.  For that u'll have
to create a dll. Read the readme.txt included for more details.

There is also a little environment test included, but it's not my
priority and i dont have much time to improve or fix it right now.
