[ODE] Simulated Humanoid Robot Judo contest & Webots tutorial

No, it's totally open, many competitors use genetic algorithms, but I am 
not aware of any competitor using neural nets (although this might be a 
good idea). But as they can submit new versions of their controllers at 
any time, the hall of fame is always changing, following the 
improvements or counter performances of every controller...
