Well, since the rider will end up with a perfect virtual bicycle, he should
be quite fine without the added overhead of real limbs. Seriously, unless
you care to have the exact numbers for a certain person, there are
biomechanics references that you can get from your uni library with all the
measurements you need -- presumably from cadavers where reattachment wasn't
an issue either. :-)
