[ODE] too slow velocity

I have designed a robot car with 2 run wheels on left and right side, while another 2 little support wheels on front and read side. I set some parameters such as CFM, ERP, mu, as what the demo(buddy and crash) set. 
when I give the left and right joints velocity, I can see the wheels turn very fast, but the car move slowly. 
Can anyone help me?
