[ODE] for the sadistic among us

A while back, someone emailed me with some questions about rag dolls, and
catapults.  I've forgotten who that was, but he deserves 99% of the credit
for the aforelinked video.  It was created with more modern trebuchet
technology, as well as with ODE's iterative solver.

The little boxes on the ground were placed there so you can better see the
way the trebuchet's platform rolls back and forth during launch.  I
thought that was kinda neat.
