[ODE] Where to find tutorials and examples/demos

Hi Frank,

There are some example programs included in the release of ode. There in the 
ode/test directory of your ode install. And you could also have a look at the 
community page of ode: http://opende.sourceforge.net/community.html. In 
particular the 'ODE in the field' section.
