[ODE] test_chain2.cpp doesnt work fine!!

Im totally new to OpenDE and for learning purpose, I tried to compile and run the test_boxstack.cpp that I d'loaded alongwith ODE, but what seems to be a prob is that in 
'static void simLoop (int pause);' 
everything gets executed including dsDrawBox but nothing is drawn n all I can see is a floor with moving sky. The already compiled test_chain2.exe in the ode/test folder works fine. Any thoughts ?
