[ODE] OpenDE for an FPS ??

Actually something I was going to bring up soon - it'd be nice to have a
basic ragdoll available to ODE users.  Does anyone have one to contribute,
or care to share their joint params for one?  If not, when I get 'round to
experimenting with one, I'll contribute it.
