[ODE] .30 -> .35 joint problem

I'm updated Juice to use ODE .35 and I've run into a problem with hinge
and slider motors. I set the low and high stops to -dInfinity and
dInfinity, and this ends up locking the joints at their initian
angles/positions. With .30, that would disable the motors and allow the
joints to move freely.

Also, what's the numerical value of dInfinity? I'm getting something with
a mantissa of 10 ^ -38, which sounds more infinitesimal than infinite.
If my dInfinity is getting defined wrong, that would explain the problem
I'm having.

If anyone can shed any light on this, I'd be grateful. If nobody has any
ideas I'll try to create a test case tomorrow night using the drawstuff
framework.

Thanks,
