[ODE] Iterative solution

The simulation runs just a tad slower than video (18-20 fps as opposed to
25) with 4 iterations.  If you bump it back to  2 or 3 iterations, you
only add a little shakiness (you have to get close to see it) and it runs
in real time or faster on my 1.2 GHz Athlon MP.
