[ODE] Re: Breakable Joints contribution

I've finished the first version of my breakable joints. I've put all the
files in a zip and put it on my webspace:

See the included readme.txt file for further instructions. There's also a
diff/ directory so you can easily see the modifications I made.

Could someone with CVS access please add this to the /ode/contrib/ tree.
