[ODE] Diffing

Hi,

I'm going to post quite a lot of addons/changes for ODE. Including an
integrated release of the trimesh class, with support for Opcode 1.3 (and
use of its new features). I could just make 1 large diff, but i dont think
that would be very helpful, because there are some changes (only internal
though) that go deep into the core of ODE, and the authors probably wouldnt
want to integrate everything without checking it out first.

Any advice on how i can do this?
