[ODE] unpacking version .39

What am I missing.

I grabbed the new version of ode (.39).  I used WinZip to unzip it to a 
folder.  The folder contains the file "ode-0.039" with no tag.  What do I 
need to unpack/extract the ode files from this file?

I don't recall this happening with the last version.
