[ODE] ODE for Java news

Hello!

It's long time since last update of ODE for Java. Several things 
happened since then:

- ODE for Java is now a publicly available project on Sourceforge at 
http://odeforjava.sourceforge.net The web page is now, hm, minimal :-) 
but code is there.
If anyone has any suggestions, problems etc with ODE for Java please use 
SF's trackers and mailing list.

- Release 0.11 has been made. It involves porting to newest ODE, GCC 3.2 
and general code cleanup. No new features.

- Since Tim Schmidt is busy working on other things ODE for Java is 
taken care by another folk now, me (gilead@yellow.dyndns.org)
