[ODE] Error during tri-collider compilation

Hi,

I am trying to compile tri-collider code and always get the same error
"error C2065: 'dGeomGroupClass' : undeclared identifier" in
dtrilist.cpp

I followed to the all instruction at wiki page but still have this
error.
