[ODE] CS phystutor using ODE bug

I believe the bug is in CrystalSpace rather than ODE.  As
the error message indicates, it seems that CS is trying to
associate a body with a non-placeable geom (ie. a plane).  This
is silently ignored in ODE release builds but is a runtime
error in ODE debug builds.
