Hi gl,
Thanks for providing the zip files.  I wasn't able to find the 
dTrilist\test folder in either of the zip files.  Could you double check 
to see if it's in there and make sure I'm not crazy?

The code pretty much compiles in linux for me (with minor compile error 
fixes) -- except I couldn't find a main() to try it out yet.
