[ODE] AutoDisableThreshold???

They aren't implemented in current ODE (yes they are in docs, but not in
code). I posted a quick implementation a while ago:

But there were some problems with it (eg. the same treshhold for linear and
angular movement doesn't make much sense), so it wasn't incorporated into
main ODE source.
