[ODE] Ragdoll again

I know that "Ragdoll physics" seems to be a quite popular question on 
this list, I can't find a search function on the archieve so have been 
resorting to using google to search for information.  What my question 
is; does anyone know of a demonstration of using ODE to preform 
"Ragdoll physics?"  I really want to see an example of how this is 
done, open source would be wonderful, but I'm honestly just looking for 
performance.
