[ODE] and again: Beginner make problem

I just tried to make everything as described in the ode.html, but make doesnŽt find a single target.
My machine is running (away from ;) WindowsXP Home and Im using Dev-C++ V4.9.8.1 (newest) with MingW 3.2 ... 

Any help out there? YouŽll get a pot of gold if you do ;)
