[ODE] Truck Dismount - Rekkaturvat

Yes, great fun, great work.  Can't get past the 62,000 mark (damnit).

I noticed one fairly repeatable physics bug though - if you place the guy
outside the window, and crash the truck into the wall the right way, he'll
get stuck inside the window (about half-way), and rotate very slowly...
