[ODE] stepfast beta 2

This one worked without trouble for me with a fresh ode 035 and running make
under vc6.
The only issues were the usual 2 or 3 stupid vc6 for loop scope
non-compliance problems in two of the ode test programs. test_collision and
test_boxstack

I like the new AutoDepthEnable stuff. Good stuff.

ODE is starting to get to the point where I might abandon my own physics
research and start contributing to ode instead. You bastards! Haha.
